Flow Chart / Instruction For Character Certificate and Bonafied Certificate
1. **User Initiation:**
- User accesses the online Character Certificate/ Bonafied Certificate form on the college website link or direct url: certificate.ancollege.co.in

2. **Form Filling:**
- User fills in the required details in the online form, such as student's name, previous class, student id, etc.+ user have to upload Last Exam Certificate, Last Exam Marksheet, Student Photo and Upto 3 Receipts.

3. **Payment:**
- After form submission, a new page will be created with pay button on it after clicking on pay button, the system redirects the user to the online payment gateway.
- User enters payment details and completes the transaction. User should not press back button or refresh button after payment.

4. **Form Submission:**
- Upon successful payment, the form will be shown with payment and login information of the certificate, which will be use to track it and Download the character or bonafied certificate after admin approval.

5. **Admin Review:**
- The admin or concerned staff member logs into the admin panel.
- They receive a notification about the new Certificate Request.

6. **Application Review:**
- Admin reviews the form details and payment information.
- If everything is in order, admin approves the application.
- If there are issues, admin can reject the application and provide reasons.

7. **Approval Notification:**
- Student receives an email/notification about the approval of their Certificate along with certificate.

8. **Download Certificate from Website**
- Student Clicks on Download Button and Select Character/Bonfied Certificate.
- Student Enter Application ID and Password.
- Once approved, the system automatically generates a PDF version of the Character/Bonfied Certificate.
- The PDF includes Student Details ,Qr Code and Digital Signature Of Principal, etc.

9. **Process Completion:**
- User now has the downloaded Certificate PDF for their records or further use.
